The service
IQ Daily (“IQ Daily: Brain Games & Test”) is a puzzle game published by D-bug Station Limited (“we”, “us”). It includes a daily puzzle that’s the same for everyone, levels, Hard Mode, teams, duels, private rooms, the Arena, leaderboards, and the website iqdaily.app.
We keep improving IQ Daily, so features may change, be added or be removed. The service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
Accounts
The app creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. You can link it to Sign in with Apple or Google so you can get it back on another phone. Keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your IQ Daily account.
One account per person, please, and don’t sell, share or transfer your account. IQ Daily isn’t directed at children under 13. If you’re under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile, then Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what that removes.
Fair play
IQ Daily only works if everyone plays the puzzles themselves. So don’t:
- use bots, scripts, automation, or any tool or person that solves puzzles or answers for you;
- share or look up answers to give yourself or others an edge in the daily puzzle, teams, duels, rooms or the Arena;
- tamper with the app, the website or our servers, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players’ games;
- use more than one account to push up scores, leaderboards, ratings, referrals or streak freezes.
We look for results that don’t add up, such as impossibly fast answers. If we believe someone has broken these rules, we may void their results, remove them from leaderboards, and suspend or ban their account.
Your content and moderation
You choose some of what other players see: your handle, the names of teams you create, and the notes you add to reports. Keep it respectful. No hateful, sexual, threatening or offensive content, no impersonation, and no personal information about anyone.
You keep what you write, and you let us store and show it inside IQ Daily so the game works. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may reset handles, rename or remove teams, hide players from leaderboards, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You can also block players at any time.
IQ Daily Pro, subscriptions and billing
IQ Daily Pro unlocks extra features, as described in the app when you buy it. It comes in three plans:

The App Store shows the price in your country’s currency, which may include taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. For the Yearly plan with a free trial, it’s charged when the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: Monthly and Yearly renew automatically, and your Apple ID is charged for each new period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: new subscribers to the Yearly plan get one week free; the App Store decides who is eligible. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings, then your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your IQ Daily account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, Pro switches off.
- Restore a purchase on a new phone with Profile, then IQ Daily Pro, then Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID.
The Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It keeps Pro on for as long as we offer IQ Daily, with nothing more to pay. Buying Lifetime doesn’t cancel a subscription you already have: cancel that yourself in iOS Settings, or the App Store keeps charging you for it.
Leaderboards and contests
The Arena, leaderboards, duels, rooms and teams are games of skill played for fun. There are no real-money prizes. Crowns, XP, badges, ratings and streaks have no cash value and can’t be sold, exchanged or transferred.
The iOS app and Apple’s EULA
The IQ Daily iOS app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), together with these terms. Apple isn’t a party to these terms and isn’t responsible for IQ Daily or for supporting it.
Intellectual property
IQ Daily, the Lumen mascot, the puzzles, artwork, sounds and software belong to D-bug Station Limited or the people who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use IQ Daily for your own non-commercial play. Don’t copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows. Sharing your results with the app’s share cards and links is very welcome.
Scores, not an IQ test
IQ Daily is a game. The logic index, percentiles, ratings and ranks are game scores that compare how you did on our puzzles with other players. They are not a clinical or psychometric IQ measurement, and not an assessment of anyone’s intelligence, ability or health. Don’t use them to make educational, employment, medical or other decisions.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep IQ Daily running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every puzzle is flawless, or that your data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of IQ Daily. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for IQ Daily Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Termination
You can stop using IQ Daily and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to. We may also stop offering IQ Daily; if we do, we’ll give reasonable notice in the app where we can. When your access ends, your licence to use IQ Daily ends too.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using IQ Daily after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
